Mr. Hallgren ranked high enough in the company that he and his family were
issued passes that allowed them to ride
where other employees were prohibited (see above and next). Also, it was
beginning in 1938 that dependents were issued passes out of the employee sequence, rather than the
courtesy sequence as in previous years.
