Series 5

 

    Series 5 cards are of the linen type from the 1930s and 1940s.   These are stock company images colored in a poster style.  Several newer images were added to the mix to update the corporate appearance.  All carry the "Columbia River Scenic Route" herald on the back.  There are 5 known variations of the back indicating at least that many different printings.  Please refer to Richard Wilkens' site for an explanation of the variations.
