Spokane & Inland Empire Railroad

     The Spokane & Inland Empire Railroad was formed from several electric lines in and around Spokane, Washington on February 13, 1908.  While not an SP&S property, senior SP&S management was given control by the parent roads (NP & GN) in 1910.  In 1919, the S&IE was let into receivership, ending the SP&S "involvement."
